Series: 30 days 30 Juz 30 Ayahs Date: 28 Ramadan 1443 Surah: Surah As-Saff 2 یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا لِمَ تَقُوۡلُوۡنَ مَا لَا تَفۡعَلُوۡنَ  O you who have believed, why do you say what you do not do?   Again Allah is addressing you and me and asking a question why do you say what you don't do?  Here the fulfillment of promises is emphasized. Saying what you do also strengthen ones personality make people to trust one easily because one becomes the person of his words.  Committing to something and then staying firm on it leads to your development and to the development of any project or organisation you commited to work in.  Saying what you not do it is the sign of hypocrisy because your words contradict the actions.  Saying what you do also increase worth of your words and there are so many benefits.

Series: 30 days 30 Juz 30 Ayahs D ate: 30 Ramadan 1443 Surah: Surah Ash-Sharh 6 إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًۭا  Surely with ˹that˺ hardship comes ˹more˺ ease. Since it is the last blog of our series, so I'll like to touch my favourite subject here.  Let's dig into this ayah.  Here Allah says no doubt with hardship comes ease. It is to be noticed that word مع meaning with is used not بعد . Which means whenever any difficulty come ease automatically comes with it. No happiness is perfect, in the same way no hardship is perfect because it holds an element of ease.  Then Allah says Al 'usr and Yusr. Allah uses Al with 'usr. And no Al with Yusr. Al in Arabic makes a word proper/ specific/special and without Al the word is general. When a thing is specifical, it is less and when it is general it is more. Series: 30 days 30 Juz 30 Ayahs Date: 29 Ramadan 1443 Surah: Surah Nuh 12 وَيُمْدِدْكُم بِأَمْوَٰلٍۢ وَبَنِينَ وَيَجْعَل لَّكُمْ جَنَّـٰتٍۢ وَيَجْعَل لَّكُمْ أَنْهَـٰرًۭا  supply you with wealth and children, and give you gardens as well as rivers. While Nuh A.S was telling his nation to do Istighfar, he also mentioned these benefits.  With the benefits of Akhirah and closeness with Allah, Wordly advantages will also be provided. That is Rain, which is mentioned in previous ayah, Wealth, Children, gardens and rivers.  In other words, the economy will flourish, busineses will get stable. Individually, a person will become more financially stable and Allah will increase him in man power in terms of children.  So make a habit of doing Istighfar because nobody is Perfect even the good deeds we do are not perfect, it puts a person out of pessimism plus it has so many other benefits which we have discussed. 

Series: 30 days 30 Juz 30 Ayahs Date: 27 Ramadan 1443 Surah: Surah Adh-Dhariyat 56 وَ مَا خَلَقۡتُ الۡجِنَّ وَ الۡاِنۡسَ اِلَّا لِیَعۡبُدُوۡنِ  And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me. We are not in this world to live for this world Only. To run for the one thing and then for the next and then for the next. Running only after money, status and then making a family is not the only purpose in our lives. Living for one game then the next or waiting for one movie and then the next one is not for what Allah has created us.   Allah has created us for His Ibadah. Ibadah in vast terms means any thing or any action that brings you closer to Allah.  Living your life according to Allah will also make you productive because then you'll value time and will make the most out of it. The resources Allah has given you are to make you life easygoing, they are not your life nor they are worthy enough to spend your whole life just to chase them and thinking about...

Series: 30 days 30 Juz 30 Ayahs For 23 Ramadan 1443 Surah: Surah Saad 20 وَشَدَدْنَا مُلْكَهُۥ وَءَاتَيْنَـٰهُ ٱلْحِكْمَةَ وَفَصْلَ ٱلْخِطَابِ  We strengthened his kingship, and gave him wisdom and sound judgment. Here Allah SWT is talking about Dawood AS that He has strengthen his kingdom and gave him two important things for his leadership i.e. is wisdom and strong ability to speak decisively.  What is hikmah? Taking right decision at the right time. Saying things according to the situation and to be able deeply understand the a scenario.  What is fasl ul khitab? Saying a thing that one can easily understand in which right or wrong can easily be distinguished. Taking quick decisions speaking them out clearly i.e. having great communication skills.  Everyone is a leader some where. So we have to learn these qualities and make dua for them. Series: 30 days 30 Juz 30 Ayahs Date: 26 Ramadan 1443 Surah: Surah Muhammad 24 أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ أَمْ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبٍ أَقْفَالُهَآ  Do they not then reflect on the Quran? Or are there locks upon their hearts? Here Allah is making to asking us a question to make us think and reflect upon ourselves. The diseases of the heart are the locks i.e Jealousy, hatred, showoff, arrogance etc. All these are aqfaal. Allah talked about many locks by Using plural. Locks upon locks.  Every ayah opens up a lock and all this happens when you ponder. Tadabur means to follow something. You follow something until you reach your destination. When you ponder and relate the Ayahs of Qur'an to your day to day life. The. Only you are able to understand the mistakes and you start obeying Allah. When you obey Allah, the locks upon the start to get opened.  Qur'an is not for a specific group of people in this ummah. Rather it is for everyone. Here also, Allah is talking to everyone....

Series: 30 days 30 Juz 30 Ayahs Date: 24 Ramadan 1443 Surah: Surah Mu'min 39 يَـٰقَوْمِ إِنَّمَا هَـٰذِهِ ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنْيَا مَتَـٰعٌۭ وَإِنَّ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةَ هِىَ دَارُ ٱلْقَرَارِ  O  my people! This worldly life is only ˹a fleeting˺ enjoyment, whereas the Hereafter is truly the home of settlement. Lets take a minute to ponder upon our position in this world. Are going to stay here forever? Is this what our real home is?  Like a person who knows that one day his travelling is going to end and he has to come back home. How will he live? He will live there take advantage of the resources and try to do his best but his focus will be on the his own home he has left and his own family who is staying behind.  Same like this when we know our real home is the home of hereafter and the stay in this world is a temporary stay. Or 60 to 70 year in this world and infinite years in Hereafter. So, why all of our focus is to built this house and leave the home of hereafter uncons...

Series: 30 days 30 Juz 30 Ayahs Date: 25 Ramadan 1443 Surah: Surah Shoora 1 حم We are Alhamdulillah now on 25 para, so let's take some time to appreciate the beauty of Qur'an. These types of letters appear at the starting of many Surahs. These are called huruf e muqata'at. Muqata'at is from qata' which means to separate. These letters are read separately that's why they are called huruf muqata'at. These are many opinions regarding these letters but something are amazing about it.  A person who cannot read or write can speak the word but cannot spell is the reason is he does know the alphabets. In the same way Rasool Allah SAW could not read or write and hearing Arabic letters from his mouth would have given the arabs a real shock and they must have got alerted. And when you get alerted, you listen to the upcoming message more carefully. Series: 30 days 30 Juz 30 Ayahs Date: 22 Ramadan 1443 Surah: Surah Ahzab 70 يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَقُولُوا۟ قَوْلًۭا سَدِيدًۭا  O  believers! Be mindful of Allah, and say what is right. When Allah says ya iyyuha aladhina amanu it means He is addressing you and me.  So he says have Taqwa of Allah. Taqwa has two things. (1) fear (2) to stay away. Which means to stay away from the sins while fearing Allah.   Having Taqwa keeps you on the right path. Ask Allah in these nights for having taqwa.  Then Allah says say what is right. Qaulan Sadeeda.  Sad means a wall, our talks have to be as straight as a wall. Which is truthful. Away from double meanings, lies, exaggeration etc. because right talk has right results and wrong talk has wrong results.  When the heart is full of Tawqa, the tongue will automatically say Qoulan sadeeda. 

Series: 30 days 30 Juz 30 Ayahs For 21st Ramadan 1443 Surah: Surah Luqman 18 وَلَا تُصَعِّرْ خَدَّكَ لِلنَّاسِ وَلَا تَمْشِ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ مَرَحًا ۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ مُخْتَالٍۢ فَخُورٍۢ  “And do not turn your nose up to people, nor walk pridefully upon the earth. Surely Allah does not like whoever is arrogant, boastful. Hakim luqman said this to his son while advising him. Hakim Luqman is mentioned in Qur'an because of his wisdom.  He says don't turn your face to people.  Wala Tusa'ir, is derived from a root which means a disease in which the neck of a camel bends. So the one who turns their face cheek away in arrogance is given example with a diseased camel.  Here the word Nas is used which means anyone whether that person is young or old, rich or poor, educated or uneducated.  Don't walk pridefully upon earth. Series: 30 days 30 Juz 30 Ayahs Surah: Surah An Naml 18 For 19th Ramadan 1443 حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَآ أَتَوْا۟ عَلَىٰ وَادِ ٱلنَّمْلِ قَالَتْ نَمْلَةٌۭ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّمْلُ ٱدْخُلُوا۟ مَسَـٰكِنَكُمْ لَا يَحْطِمَنَّكُمْ سُلَيْمَـٰنُ وَجُنُودُهُۥ وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ ١٨ And when they came across a valley of ants, an ant warned, “O ants! Go quickly into your homes so Solomon and his armies do not crush you, unknowingly.” The aunt said this dialogue when she saw the army of Sulaiman AS coming. This actually have a lot of lessons for us.  You must be thinking that what a small ant can teach us? 1) Good presumption for others as she said that armies do not crush us unknowingly.  2) Believe that Prophets also do not have the knowledge of unseen as she said that armies do not crush us unknowingly. 3) Benevolence for others as she alerted others first not just forgetting everyone and only saving her life.  4) Control over the emotions and wisdom. Series: 30 days 30 Juz 30 Ayahs Date: 20th Ramadan 1443 Surah: Surah Al Ankaboot 41 مَثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّخَذُوا۟ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ أَوْلِيَآءَ كَمَثَلِ ٱلْعَنكَبُوتِ ٱتَّخَذَتْ بَيْتًۭا ۖ وَإِنَّ أَوْهَنَ ٱلْبُيُوتِ لَبَيْتُ ٱلْعَنكَبُوتِ ۖ لَوْ كَانُوا۟ يَعْلَمُونَ ٤١ The parable of those who take protectors other than Allah is that of a spider spinning a shelter. And the flimsiest of all shelters is certainly that of a spider, if only they knew. In this Ayah Allah says whoever takes friend other than Allah is like taking shelter in a Spider's web.   ولي is a close friend on which one can also rely for getting help.  Why Allah gave the example of a Spider's web ?  It is the thing a common that almost everyone has seen. Series: 30 days 30 Juz 30 Ayahs For 17th Ramadan 1443 Surah: Surah Al Haj 74 مَا قَدَرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ حَقَّ قَدْرِهِۦٓ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَقَوِىٌّ عَزِيزٌ ٧٤ They have not shown Allah the reverence He deserves. Surely Allah is All-Powerful, Almighty. How a person can give worth to anyone? When he knows him. When he is familiar of him. When you see any person walking on road and you don't know who that person, you don't know about his job, his qualification and about his family background, you would not never give him the reverence. Once you know the that he is CEO of a multinational company or a high Grade government officer you'll immediately feel his worth in our hearts.  In the same way we don't know who Allah is. Series: 30 days 30 Juz 30 Ayahs For 16th Ramadan 1443 Surah: Surah Kahf 85 فَأَتْبَعَ سَبَبًا  So he travelled a course, This ayah is about Dhul qarnain who was a great conquerer. Allah says he uses the means for his great achievements. Sabab actually means a rope, a way to to reach somewhere.  Every era has different asbab. For Dhul Qarnain means for achievement were different, in the era of Rasool Allah SAW they where different. Today they are different. Today's means are advanced technology. We muslim are left behind just because we left our means. We have not advanced our selves in latest technology, innovative, artificial intelligence and much more. Dhul Qarnain used his Asbab and he kept on conquering the world. We should also have command over the latest technology and have to innovate. Such a small ayah but holds a big lessson inside. 

Series: 30 days 30 Juz 30 Ayahs Date: 15th Ramadan 1443 Surah: Surah Kahf 17  وَتَرَى ٱلشَّمْسَ إِذَا طَلَعَت تَّزَٰوَرُ عَن كَهْفِهِمْ ذَاتَ ٱلْيَمِينِ وَإِذَا غَرَبَت تَّقْرِضُهُمْ ذَاتَ ٱلشِّمَالِ وَهُمْ فِى فَجْوَةٍۢ مِّنْهُ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ مِنْ ءَايَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ ۗ مَن يَهْدِ ٱللَّهُ فَهُوَ ٱلْمُهْتَدِ ۖ وَمَن يُضْلِلْ فَلَن تَجِدَ لَهُۥ وَلِيًّۭا مُّرْشِدًۭا  And you would have seen the sun, as it rose, inclining away from their cave to the right, and as it set, declining away from them to the left, while they lay in its open space. That is one of the signs of Allah. Whoever Allah guides is truly guided. But whoever He leaves to stray, you will never find for them a guiding mentor. This ayah is about people of the Cave who decided to submit Allah going against their society. Series: 30 days 30 Juz 30 Ayahs Surah: Surah Yousuf 47 قَالَ تَزْرَعُونَ سَبْعَ سِنِينَ دَأَبًۭا فَمَا حَصَدتُّمْ فَذَرُوهُ فِى سُنۢبُلِهِۦٓ إِلَّا قَلِيلًۭا مِّمَّا تَأْكُلُونَ ٤٧ Joseph replied, “You will plant ˹grain˺ for seven consecutive years, leaving in the ear whatever you will harvest, except for the little you will eat. This suggestion was given by Yousuf AS to the government of Egypt. He told them while interpreting the dream of the king.  He suggested them that before the tough years of drought you have to save the crops that are grown now and keep them inside their ear. So that they don't get spoiled.  This interpretation and this valuable suggestion actually saved the economy of Egypt. From this we can extract a great lesson that a Muslims has to learn multiple set of skills. Series: 30 days 30 Juz 30 Ayahs Date: 8 th Ramadan 1443 Surah: Surah A'raf 17 ثُمَّ لَـَٔاتِيَنَّهُم مِّنۢ بَيْنِ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ وَعَنْ أَيْمَـٰنِهِمْ وَعَن شَمَآئِلِهِمْ ۖ وَلَا تَجِدُ أَكْثَرَهُمْ شَـٰكِرِينَ I will approach them from their front, their back, their right, their left, and then You will find most of them ungrateful.” From the front: He will beautify this duniya for you which you can see. So much that in chase of it you cannot see the consequences attached to it. Moreover, your future is infront of you so he'll always feel you anxious about it and pessimistic about it. He'll make you forget your meeting with Allah. He'll make you waste your time.  From behind: He will make you sad about your past. Series: 30 days 30 Juz 30 Ayahs Surah: Surah Ibrahim 24 أَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ ضَرَبَ ٱللَّهُ مَثَلًۭا كَلِمَةًۭ طَيِّبَةًۭ كَشَجَرَةٍۢ طَيِّبَةٍ أَصْلُهَا ثَابِتٌۭ وَفَرْعُهَا فِى ٱلسَّمَآءِ ٢٤ Do you not see how Allah compares a good word to a good tree? Its root is firm and its branches reach the sky. Here a good word is La ilaha iallah and a good tree is momin. The roots of this good word are fixed inside the heart of a momin and its branches are reaching the sky. Which means his good deeds goes high in the sky and spread everywhere.  Rasool SAW gave the example of momin with the date palm. Its roots are strong. So the momin don't get shattered when clamity hits him. The more it goes up the more straight it gets. Series: 30 days 30 Juz 30 Ayahs Surah: Surah Tawbah 109 أَفَمَنْ أَسَّسَ بُنْيَـٰنَهُۥ عَلَىٰ تَقْوَىٰ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرِضْوَٰنٍ خَيْرٌ أَم مَّنْ أَسَّسَ بُنْيَـٰنَهُۥ عَلَىٰ شَفَا جُرُفٍ هَارٍۢ فَٱنْهَارَ بِهِۦ فِى نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ  Which is better: those who laid the foundation of their building on the fear and pleasure of Allah, or those who did so on the edge of a crumbling cliff that tumbled down with them into the Fire of Hell? And Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people. The two types of buildings are described: 1) The foundation is strong and solid 2) The foundation is weak and it is built on the edge of a cliff which itself is crumbling and tumbling down.  Which is better?  Of course the first one.  First building is based on the Taqwah (Allah consciousness) and pleasure of Allah. Series: 30 days 30 Juz 30 Ayahs Surah: Surah Anfal 46 وَأَطِيعُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ وَلَا تَنَـٰزَعُوا۟ فَتَفْشَلُوا۟ وَتَذْهَبَ رِيحُكُمْ ۖ وَٱصْبِرُوٓا۟ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَ ٱلصَّـٰبِرِينَ  Obey Allah and His Messenger and do not dispute with one another, or you would be discouraged and weakened. Persevere! Surely Allah is with those who persevere. In this Ayah is commanding believers to obey Allah and Rasool SAW and to stay away from disputes meaning to stay united.  Unity :  Unity is not the unification of opinions rather is to be respectful although the opinions differ.  We don't have to leave respect for others no matter their opinion differ than ours in any field.  What will be the drawbacks of disputes? It will discourage and weaken and you'll lose your dignity as we can see it on the individual level and well as on the level of Ummah. It is not an easy job. Series: 30 days 30 Juz 30 Ayahs Date: 9th Ramadan 1443 Surah: Surah Anfal 2 إِنَّمَا ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِرَ ٱللَّهُ وَجِلَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَإِذَا تُلِيَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَايَـٰتُهُۥ زَادَتْهُمْ إِيمَـٰنًۭا وَعَلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُونَ ٢ The ˹true˺ believers are only those whose hearts tremble at the remembrance of Allah, whose faith increases when His revelations are recited to them, and who put their trust in their Lord For whom your heat beats the most? For the one you love the most and for the one you fear the most.  While telling about the Qualities of a true believer Allah is saying: The hearts of the believers beats the most when Allah's name is taken in front of them. The second quality is when Qur'an is recited in front of them the Iman increases. Do you notice that your Eman gets increased in Ramadan because you are listening to Qur'an more than other day. Also notice you if listening to this Qur'anic series increases your eman everyday or not. ...

Series: 30 days 30 Juz 30 Ayahs Date: 7th Ramadan 1443 Surah: Surah An'am 79 إِنِّى وَجَّهْتُ وَجْهِىَ لِلَّذِى فَطَرَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ حَنِيفًۭا ۖ وَمَآ أَنَا۠ مِنَ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ  I have turned my face towards the One Who has originated the heavens and the earth—being upright—and I am not one of the polytheists.” This is the dialogue of Ibrahim AS.  He says I turn my face towards the one who is the originator of the skies and the earth being Hanifa. That's the quality I want to discuss today Being Hanifa means being focused. He was focused when He realised that Allah is the only one. He was focused only on Allah when thrown in fire. He was focused only on Allah when he left his wife and little son alone in a desert for the sake of Allah. He was focused only on Allah when he building Ka'ba. He was a focused man.
