For You

Image
Is your house for you? OR Are you for your house? Is your business for you? OR Are you for your business? Is your career for you? OR Are you for your career? Is this world for you? OR Are you for this world? These questions will keep going on. The point is to analyse our lives.  Is the thing that is gifted to us, consuming us completely?  Are we revolving around that particular thing? Is that thing the center point of our lives? Allah Says: هو الذي خلق لكم ما في الارض جميعا "It is He who created everything on earth for you.. " (Surah Baqarah:29) Focus on "for you" Everything on this Earth is Created by Allah for you. You are not for the things that are created. Use them, take advantage of them but remember you are not from them. Then who you are for?  For the One Who created everything!!! !!!جہاں ہے تیرے لیے، تو ہے رب کے لیے _mariahamid

Difference between Rehman and Raheem

Image
Although both words originate from the same root i.e  ر ح م ,   there still are differences. Allah's mercy (Rehmah) is of two types: General  and Special  General Rehmah is for everyone in this world whether a Believer or a non-Believer Special Rehmah is only for Believers in Akhirah.  Rehman: This word has qualities of being extreme , temporary and vast like a sea having high tides. The mouth fills up while saying this word. The Rehman is for this Duniya as this world is temporary. It is the general Rehmah of Allah even for the ones who completely deny the existence of Him. Raheem: This word has the quality of continuity and permanence like a calm sea. The Raheem is for the Akhirah. This is the special kind of Rehma that is only for Believers. Since Akhirah is continuous and permanent, the word Raheem is used for it as it also indicates continuity and permanence.  Isn't it AMAZING? _MariaHamid
